+        <p>Support will be provided to people who are listed in the "<b>Application Contacts</b>" for each organization.  Only people listed in this list will receive

+        <p>The "<b>Application Contacts</b>" list is private information and is never provided to any other users of the system.</p>
+        <p>To update the list of contacts for your organization please go to "<b>ADMINISTRATION</b>" => "<a href='?action=application-contacts'><b>Application Contacts</b></a>" and insert the contact information
+         for the people who will be able to make support requests.</p>
+        <ul>
+         <li>There may be up to five contacts provided for each organization who may request support.</li>
+         <li>Requests received from people not on this list will not be processed.</li>
+         <li><b>All contact information must be provided for each contact</b>.</li>
+         <li>There is no limit placed on the support provided with the understanding that we do not directly support the users of the system, only the administrators in each
+          organization.</li>
+         <li>There is an expectation that administrators will read the "<b>How to Guides</b>" prior to requesting support.</li>
+         <li>Only designated "<b>Application Contacts</b>" will receive newsletters and update notices.</li>
+         <li>It is recommended that each organization have more than one contact listed.</li>
+         <li>The first person listed will be contacted in the event of a problem or concern with the organization's data and system.</li>
