Welcome St. Mary Catholic School Families

Welcome to the St. Mary Catholic School Council online software system. We are very excited to be able to offer St. Mary families the ability to place and pay for their milk, hot lunch and clothing orders all online. With this new software, you will also be able to see our monthly events, access school council minutes/agendas as well as sign up to volunteer for activities like Fun Fair. We would like to thank you for supporting this school council initiative.

The lunch and milk programs are the biggest fundraisers organized by your school council. Funds from these programs have gone to classroom improvements such as smart boards, chrome books as well as field trips and yard improvements.

This program is 100% volunteer driven. If you have an hour or two to spare a month and would like to be more involved in your child’s school please contact us to volunteer – we are always looking for more help!

When remitting payment please provide the full amount of all outstanding orders. Payment for multiple orders and children can be combined onto one cheque. If you are paying with postdated cheques please date them; Oct. 13, Nov. 13 and Dec. 13.

Please send payment with a copy of the remittance form, to the school, in an envelope marked "School Council". This envelop can be given to your child's teacher or handed in at the main office.

As a Catholic community we are called on by our Faith to help others in need, so we are counting on your kindness and generosity to help provide milk and lunch for our less fortunate students. Any amount you donate is very much appreciated.
